I appreciate the suggestion of Shri Banda Ganga Raju.
But the gesture from LIC should be spontaneous and not on the request of pensioners. More than event-based gestures, it is the day-to-day sensitivity that LIC displays towards pensioners that is more important.
An organization should not merely appear to be pensioner-friendly, but should truly act so.
