Subject: Hearing of our IA at Supreme court on 07.09.2015

Dear LIC Pensioners Friends,
Very happy to share with you that IA filed on behalf of chandigarh high court petitioners by our case Manager Sh Sreenivasa Murty is to be heard by our regular bench at Supreme court on 07.09.2015.
The purpose of this IA is to tell supreme court about non compliance of their order dated 07.05.2015 by LIC in letter and spirit till date despite the fact that court had directed compliance within six weeks time.
So let us hope for the best.
