Mr Sreenivasa Murty telephoned me from Delhi at1.00 P.M to inform that
the next hearing has been fixed for 30/9/2015(Wednesday) on top of
the list.
It was mentioned
before the SC on behalf of the Chandigarh petitioners that LIC has not
complied with the orders of the Supreme Court for payment of interim
relief and the Bench took note of the same.
