Shri RB Kishore,VP,AIRIEF, ED(Retd), LIC has sent jottings, thoughts & comments on Hitguj, Sept 2015.
We thank him for showing their concern to updation issue in RBI. Shri Kishore and rest of the leaders of AIRIEF, are fighting updation issue on the basis of the Article 14 of the constitution of India and SC verdicts right from Nakara case of 1982/83.
As per SC's hearing schedule, their case hearing is on 23rd Sept. 2015.
Let us give them our sincere wishes for their all success.
Shri Kishore, highlights the issue of updation very holistic manner. His work is unparalleled, in the interest of pensioners in all Govt. institutions.
We all have to emulate his example to resolve the issue of updation of pension and go for open conspiracy collectively. Let there be awakening amongst all of us.
