LIC NEWS: WAGE REVISION DEVELOPMENT

Dear Friends..  GE.... Today we discussed with CO officials. ... Many people r forwarding messages saying that FM authorities have recommended for wage revisions giving hike of 18 to 21% but it is informed by Management that these r baseless messages....  CO officials will b visiting Delhi on coming Monday...to discuss on d issue of Wage revisions...there after things r likely to get clear...  Management is trying for increasing PL encashment limit to 270 days & also for paternity leave of 15 days (twice in service period). Both proposals will soon b put up to Board.. As about d off on Saturday... it will b discussed during next information sharing... but d management is positive on d issues to have off on Saturday...  As far as recruitment is concerned, management is waiting for judgement of Supreme Court on review petition...  This for information of all our members...  GP Jadhav, AI GS
