Dear Shri H K Aggarwal,
Thanks for your email,wherein
you have expressed your anguish about legal ways, intricacies
etc.Exactly that is the reason I expressed in my earlier mails that our
focus and sole attention should be on the main issue of pension
upgradation, because in my opinion, other issues such as non payment,
less payment of 20%and so on, will automatically be taken care of once
Jaipur Judgement is upheld by Hon S.C. Or at the most these issues could
be taken up later on once judgement is in our hands.
We all are aware of
the recent judgement of this Bench on same pension same rank with same
length of service irrespective of date of retirement and we should take
advantage of it by ensuring that main issue is taken up by the Bench as
expeditiously as possible, and it should not be entangled in other minor issues.Because delay is only advantageous to none else other than LIC
and UOI.We should not be pawn in their hands. That is why,I have
expressed again and again that there should not be any
dissensions, veiled or open criticism of each other, ego clash, leg pulling
as we have seen in the last few days and there should be a unified
approach or strategy for the welfare and in the interest of all the
retirees. The matter is at the final stage and nothing should be done to
derail it.
