I would like to thank you for your timely publication of the Letter or Notice to the Chairman and ED(Per) being the Competent Authority as a follow up of the SC Order Dt.7-9-2015 by the Senior Counsels M/s Savla & Associates.
While the pensioners are in dark about what action LIC is taking on the SC Order DT 7-9-2015, this follow up action by P & H case Senior Cousel is an useful information for all.
