IT APPEARS WHEN THE MATTER IS AT THE FINAL STAGE, YOU ARE STILL CONFINED TO 20% MERELY BECAUSE SOME PERSONS GOT SOME PALTRY AMOUNTS WHICH WILL BE ADJUSTED OUT OF THE FINAL PAYMENTS.
I MAY MAKE IT CLEAR THAT AT THE INTERIM STAGE NO ORDER CAN BE
PASSED IN REM. IT APPEARS THAT REVISION OF PENSIONS IS NOT OF ANY INTEREST TO
YOU.
WE ARE MORE INTERESTED IN REVISIONS, THOUGH WE WILL NOT EASILY LEAVE THE DR ANOMALY MATTER ALSO.

Dear RBK,
Thank you for the up-date on the court events of the long awaited - 23rd Sept, which has produced ';nil'; result. May be the time has not yet come for us.
RBK, I am keen that the DR anomaly be set right for ALL those who retired prior to 1997, first and foremost. As in one casethey have got the judgement in favour and towards this end LIC deposited amounts ( calculated rightly or wrongly) and have also paid 20% to selected employees.
Now, get this DR difference to ALL, whether they have approached the Courts or not, they are members of this association or that association does not matter - But ALL must get.
Once you get this in our favour fight for the Upgradation/ Revision of Pension. In the effort to get upgradation, do not lose the golden chance of getting some amount to those who are beyond 77,78 and 79, in par with those who retired later and who are getting higher pension than those who retired earlier. These oldies may not live long. Let them see the money before they close their eyes.
