Dear Sir  

With reference to your trailing mail we inform you that  we have paid the Adhoc payment of20%under Interim order dated 07.05.2015 of the Supreme Court  in Civil Appeal No. 9223 of 2013 to Pre-1997 Retirees vide co_era mail dated11.09.15 to 287 pensioners of South zone under various divisions. We have only paid as per the list of beneficiaries sent by our C.O. We learnt that the list of beneficiaries are as per the list of pensioners provided by the Federation of Pensioners Union( by G.N.Sridharan) to the Court in the proceedings dealt by them. Our C.O has directed us to pay only the amount arrived by them . We shall inform you of any more details obtained if any in this regard.
