E.C. MEETING ON 1ST & 2ND NOVEMBER 2015 AT BHOPAL
We have great pleasure in informing you that the ensuing Office Bearers & E.C. meeting is being organized by RIEA, Bhopal in the beautiful city of Hills and lakes BHOPAL.It is our proud privilege to host the meeting and we thank our All India organization for having faith in our organizing capacity.
I, Pramod Bhatnagar, Secretary RIEA, welcome you all at capital of Madhya Pradesh which combines scenic beauty, historicity and modern urban planning. The two lakes of Bhopal still dominate the city, and are indeed its nucleus.
While we are making elaborate arrangements to make your stay pleasant and comfortable; we need your co-operation and support in order to make it a Grand Success. I mention herein below regarding arrangements made by us:-
1.
VENUE :- The stay arrangement and meeting is arranged at THE KRISHNAYAN, 36, DANISH KUNJ, GOOD SHEFFORD COLONY, KOLAR ROAD, BHOPAL.
2.
TIMINGS: - The venue is booked by us from 7AM on 1st Nov. to 7AM 3rd Nov 2015. The stayarrangement is for Office bearers and EC members only. Any other person shall have to pay from his/her pocket.
3.
FOOD & SNACKS:- The arrangement for TEA, Breakfast, lunch and Dinner for both days is for Delegates only. For observer and / or other it can be arranged on payment of Rs. 1500/- with prior information.
4.
OVERSTAYAL:- Anyone who wants to overstay shall have to make his own arrangement.
5.
CONNECTIVITY: - BHOPAL is well connected with air, train and bus. There are 2 Railway Stations BHOPAL and HABIBGANJ. Our venue is comparatively nearer to HABIBGANJ. Peoples coming from south, Maharashtra or east via Itarsishall have HABIBGANG station before BHOPAL. While those coming from north side via Bina or Ujjain shall have it after BHOPAL.
6.
AIRIEF reimburses train fare of AC II/ Bus fare on submission of tickets as per rules.
7.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO BOOK TICKETS &INFORM THE DETAILS OF TRAVEL i.e. DATE & TRAIN OF ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE BY SMS / E-MAIL / PHONE CALL to anyone of following:-

Regarding : O B / E C meeting at Bhopal on 1-2, November 2015
As the D-dates are nearing, all of you must be preparing to leave your place to join us at Bhopal for the eventful meeting on 1st of November 2015 to report, discuss and to take meaningful decisions to make ourorganisation vibrant.
To enable you to do this our President Shri S S Saxena has already addressed you all, earlier, on which you would have deliberated in the respective Divisional Association meetings and would be ready to offer your valued suggestions also.
You would therefore be naturally expecting us to inform you the programme on these dates so thatparticipation is timely and punctual.
After discussions and deliberations the programme for the TWO days is finalised and is given in the next page.
