Dear friends,
1)We experience many moments of joy, many irritating moments when our gadgets go awry, out of order, not functioning etc
Each one of us deals with such situations in his own way,some are able to resolve or remedy quickly, others after delay, some resign to fate
It will be nice if friends share without any qualms, freely, as it will be helpful to all.
We can arrest such situations, why, even, tell our relatives, friends & acquaintances ,who shall be eternally grateful  to us for such a useful, practical way of dealing with such messy situations & take note for future guidance.

2) i)I recently had a problem with Dish TV connection
All sorts of phone calls to them,sending email to Cuctomer care, tho they said 24 hrs sometechnician will come did not bear fruit
We knew as earlier long back, technicians runaway after a brief stint, no adequate customers etc
But we noted few names,befriend them, they remember us for long,& sometimes ,like an avatar, they send their brother technicians,who are like angels,with good expertise & methodical, masterly manner of setting right the fault
Most important, he came in quick time, rectified & nothing was lost in continued worry

Those in Chennai can call him ,for DISH TV  related or any like TATA SKY, or any such connection
His name is Mr Dinakaran, Mobile : 97100 79171 Cost for changing flash in terrace which is wornout & labour came to decent Rs 750 +150 labour Rs900

ii)So too, in my computer room, I have old medium colour PANASONIC SOPHIA Model,I  love it, better than even our Hall Tata Sky Samsung LCD colour combine.Never was there any problem, but waves,disturbance  troubled me ,already I have eyewatering due to excessive work I do for hours & hours & this small side entertainment eluded me,I felt.
Luckily,Mrs Seetha Kishore had preserved some Tel  Nos earlier secured thro  JUST DIAL 2222 2222 who give in a trice of a second any Tel no we need, flash thro  SMSor email,marvellous, helpful service in times of need.We telephoned that No.,they sent a Technician,who came in 1 hour, inspected the Panasonic TV, I watched with some awe, the calm unruffled manner he cld open, check bad parts, replaced them, set right other faults, deficiencies, reinserted carefully, singlehanded,when I offerred help,he politely said NO, set was connected, what a beautiful still picture without any linings, waves, other dots, disturbance etc, cleaned ,removed mass of dirt inside,lo,I  began enjoying.He tested many channels of his own PLUS select ones I frequently watch,all fully ok,with volume control, brightness/ contrast etc

This Angel was Mr MANOHAR ,M:91764 66798.Tho  he is attached to Kwality Electronics, we can call him direct,everything is fine, cost lessor moderate 650 for parts,150 labour,all told Rs800

3)Share any such incidents, small things add to happiness & gives lot of mental relief & whole family is agog with good tidings,
