write-up reflects the prime motto of our AIRIEF and our leaders. Time
and again our Vice-President Sri. R.B.Kishoreji used to advance material
legal information to Sri.Asthana with the sole intention that there
should not be any lacuna or wanting in our submissions before the Apex
Court.
The same view was expressed by our activists like your goodself,,
Lakkapragada Srinivasa Raoji, Madhava Raoji, A.S.Ramanathanji,
Jalaramiahji, Balasubrhamania Shastriji, R.K.Sahniji and others.
The
contributions of Sri. C.H.Mahadevan towards calculation aspect are
praise worthy. Being neutral, he has not failed to caution Sri. Asthana
to be vigil over the attempts of our Management to convince the Court
with distorted figures.
Let us hope that our legal committee which is
scheduled to meet on 1st and 2nd of November, 2015 at Bhopal would
assess all legal avenues with all seriousness and take flawless
decisions to be helpful to our Sr.Advocate in convincing the Court and
clinching the deal successfully.
