Our next wage settlement is due on 1st November 2017. After few month our almighty leader will be very busy to prepare very colorful charter of demand.But at the time of implementation hike will be 2% of Basic. After 7th CPC of central Govt a Bank officer Salary is equivalent to central Govt clerk or few stage less than a clerk.
It is only because banking union run by few value less retired employee. At present time that means after 7th CPC gap between banker and central employee minimum 10000/- and maximum 50000/- or more.
WHO IS TO BE BLAMED FOR ALL THESE......UNIONS, IBA Banking Management or WE OURSELVES.......ANSWER IS NOT ANY ONE OF THESE RATHER ALL T ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH STATE...... UNIONS & ITS LEADERS HAVE NOW BECOME MOUTHPIECE OF GOI AND MANAGEMENT, GOI IS BUSY IN JUST USING BANKERS FOR ITS VOTE BANK & CHEAP POLITICS KEEPING ASIDE OUR WELFARE AND THE BANKERS ARE SO MUCH ENGAGED IN THEIR BANKING CHORES AND BLIND SUPPORTING OF UNIONS AND GOI THAT HARDLY WE FIND SPARE TIME TO PAY ATTENTION TO OUR NEEDS AND RIGHTS.
Union leader are busy to collect levy and monthly subscription. With this money they organized sate and central conference and looting money.

2> Why not union leaders raised their voice for regularized duty hours
3> Why not union leaders raised their voice for gratuity limit 20 lac
4> Why not union leaders raised their voice for one rank one pension
5> Why not union leaders raised their voice for not using banker for vote bank
SO, ITS THE TIME TO THINK OVER AND ACT ACCORDINGLY BEFORE THE SITUATION RUNS OUT OF CONTROL
