Bank
of Baroda has taken lead and has left behind our Pyara Nyara Bank in
one more important field. It has given its employees 12 litre and 8
litre Petrol to its Clerical and Sub Staff workmen employees
respectively who own vehicle. For those who don't own vehicle amount to
be paid has been fixed as Rs. 500/, Rs.300/ and Rs.200/ for Clerical,
Full Time Sub staff and Part Time Sub-staff employees.
Not only this it has substituted Canteen Subsidy with Refreshment Allowance @ Rs.750/
per employee per month as against Rs.60/ per employee per month canteen
subsidy being paid in our bank since 1998. I think its a significant
achievement as this amount of Rs.750/ worked out to be more than Rs.30/
per employee per working day.
Bank
of Baroda has also increased Conveyance Expenses for its Officer Staff
substantially. Let majority union and association of our Pyara Nyara
Bank and their members think of these achievements. I would be glad to
know from office bearers of Majority Union and Association to let us
know any single achievement which they would have provided to our staff
members exclusively which is not available in other banks.
