Dear Colleagues,
Yes, we
are about to touch our live line on 24th instant with cent percent
hopes that all our decades long miseries would certainly be buried once
and for all and that we are going to step into a new era with an
assurance of leading a decent retired life.
Our case manager Sri.
Asthana and our leaders are in full sleeves to face and rebut the entire
fallacies of our opponents legally with supporting material evidences.
We can not forget our leaders who have shared their legal knowledge all
through,till this hour, for getting ready to advance our counter
arguments in the Apex Court on the 'D' day.
All of us are indebted much
to the task of our Vice-President Sri. R.B.Kishoreji, who has
voluntarily shouldered the responsibilities of referring to past case
histories and posting them to Sri. Asthana periodically with a sole
intention of refreshing his memory towards certain vital points.
Judgments in different courts in cases similar to ours never escaped his
attention.
A write-up will get ready for onward transmission to the
case manager and our advocates next minute. He never allowed any let-up
in his errand, even at the cost of repetitions.
Sri. Asthana has
utilized the services of Sri. T.R.Madhava Rao also on certain specific
subjects to a very great extent.
Sri. C.H. Mahadevan too has been
cautioning Sri. Asthana on certain other aspects in the interest of
winning the case squarely, applicable to all pensioners. Though he is in
some other platform, our leaders never undermined his supremacy in
specific subject and accommodated his pertinent view points.
