Dear Editorji,
Mr. Aggarwal's write-up about our case in SC and the approaching D-day on 18th or there about is very timely.
Mr. Aggarwal's write-up about our case in SC and the approaching D-day on 18th or there about is very timely.
I
fully endorse his views and the reasons for his appeal to concentrate
on how to obtain a final favourable and talking order from the Bench of
SC which will benefit the 40,000 and odd pensioners, rather than
talking about the pittance IR which has lost its relevance now. We
should think about how we can make the best use of the time of the
Bench, which is very precious and expensive to get, for achieving a
finality of the case rather than dragging it on indefinitely on
trivialities.
Already
many good old pensioners have left for their heavenly abode and the
remaining are also living on
extended time very kindly and gracefully granted by the Almighty. So
the time at our disposal is short and any we cannot brook any more delay
and dragging on for seeing the finality of the most anxiously expected
D-day.
Prudence
lies in choosing the right option at this crucial stage by our learned
leaders and their counsels. We all wish and hope that right decision
will be taken by the case managers for the benefit of the ENTIRE LIC
PENSIONERS FRATERNITY.
