I giive below the calculation of Family pension for an ADM on maximum basic pay on the date of retirement 31/7/1997 and expired in 2013 Family pension for spouse   of an  ADM  who retired on maximum of scale on 31/7/1997 and who died   on 1/5/2013 ( Existing Family Pension)   Basic Pay last drawn 9950 FPA 256.30  Basic Family Pension as per Appendix V 1531(=15% of 9950+256.30) ( maximum  basic family pension =Rs 2400) DR as at 1/8/2015 as per Appendix IV 6361 Total Family Pension as at 1/8/2015 7891 REGULAR PENSION FOR A SURVIVING ADM ON MAXIMUM SCALE OF PAY WHO RETIRED ON 31/7/1997 Basic Pension 5103 DR as at 1/8/2015 as per Appendix IV 16538 Total Regular Pension 21641 Percentage of Family Pension to Regular Pension 36.5  Greetings.
