How could one merely browse through, it requires concentrated attention,reading, appreciating the wonderful & memorable odyssey of our great institution,LIC to which all are so attached,wedded,so to say,like the assorted Brittania cream biscuits, the kaleidoscopic variety of rich human resources LIC has, nourishes,enhances worth as real assets etching in their work, whether administration or marketing or any diverse field to which LIC has spread its tentacles as a multi-dimensional organization.
2)I just could not resist the temptation of going through in full,cover to last page.
Smatterings of various back issues of Yogakshema adorns the cover rightfully.
When one opens up the back of front cover, floats ,as it were,the panoramic beauty & splendor of rock-like YOGAKSHEMA building against wondrous backdrop.What more !

7)It is my ardent belief & sincere suggestion that
a) this WONDROUS ISSUE SEPTEMBER , 2015,VOLUME 59/ISSUE 9/PAGES 154 must not be one in many ,but one out of many, but a STANDING MONUMENT of WORKMANSHIP,QUALITY ,SKILLS to be utilized as a POWERFUL TOOL these 5 months when we are much behind in achievements to catapult LIC with its myriad HUMAN RESOURCES on ALL FRONTS to perform a HERCULEAN TASK, ---GOOD, BETTER, BEST , BETTER THE BEST, & PLAY YOUR PART, PLAY IT WELL & PLAY TO WIN Danglers.
b)Prepare on war footing a COLLAGE of PUBLICITY like the bee-hive smart collections I portrayed above of the many-splendoured contents
c)secure a never-to-forget DVD/CD with some scintillating, inspiring, humorous stereophonic voice footages .It goes without saying commentary should be in Regional & English languages to reach the nearest & the farthest,
d)How can you forget the CENTREPAGE ? Convert OBSTACLES into OPPORTUNITIES, convert the centrepage as a CENTREPIECE of furthering the objectives,LIC 59,Life is an UTSAV,moreso with LIC , a COMPANION ALL THROUGH.This should even eclipse most popular,ZINDAGI KE SATH BI, ZINDAGI KE BADH BI,now on the lips of everybody.
e)Quick mobility to all areas & centres with our Vans & Ace Development Officers, Sr Club Agents ,MDRT,Inner Club,Distinguished Agents Club must possess all these,these should adorn DO/BOs, Agents/Dev Officers Room
f)Permeate with DTC/STC/ZTC/MDC as springboards for these to be educated & internalized & then operationalised with a methodical Plan & Strategy by RMCC,RMMktg,ZM as Fountainhead to accelerate with speed & velocity to gain good ground
All in all a CLASSIC COMPENDIUM OF SPECIAL SEPTEMBER 2015 ISSUE, reflecting the pulse & heartthrob of every LICian . This,I am sure,will win Unique Special Innovative AWARD & be a trend-setter for other organizations to emulate.
