Dear LIC Pensioners Friends 

Good morning to all of you. 

As known to all you LIC did not implement supreme court order dated 7th May 2015 in letter and spirit. 

This issue was raised by Panchkula AIRIEF Unit through our guide Sh.Sreenivasa Murty before supreme court on 7th September 2015. Again LIC misinterpreted another supreme court order dated 7th September 2015 and did not pay any thing to 31 Petitioners at chandigarh high court. A few of our own friends in AIRIEF itself were blaming Sh.Murty and not LIC for this situation. 

I am pleased to inform all of you that Sh.Murty again raised this non compliance by LIC before Justice Deepak Misra today at supreme court and one more favorable order has been issued by supreme court today morning directing LIC to make payment to chandigarh high court petitioners immediately. 

This is another victory of AIRIEF and its Panchkula Unit.
