Surender Kumar, a struggling vendor at a court complex in Jalandhar is in his sea of happiness as his 23-year-old daughter takes the position of a Judge in the same sub-divisional magistrate.
To Shruti's credit, she studied law from Punjab University and topped the state's Civil Services examination in SC category. Furthermore, she received training at the judicial academy and attained the post of a Judge in the same court where her father once served tea.
