Fw: bankpensioner Destiny present Bank retirees/pensioners vis-a-vis "KARNA" in Mahabharath FROM VVN VARAPRASAD RAO FW ERI BOI

In Mahabharath, it is concluded that "Karna" died mainly because of six reasons.

Likewise, the present day Bank retirees/pensioners are also suffering because of the following observed six reasons.

1. The Govt. is not ready to come to the rescue of age old Bank pensioners/retirees and not according minimum respect to the Senior Citizens of the country.

2. The IBA (Indian Bank Association) is acting against the interests of the Bank pensioners/retirees and is with adamant attitude to settle their demands.

3. There is a cold war going on among the retiree organisations mainly to prove their position, power and supremacy.   There is no co-ordinantion and unity among them.

4. UFBU (United Forum of Bank Unions) totally failed to protect the interests of the Bank pensioners/retirees and surrendered all their welfare/interests to IBA and signed a record note having agreed for the denial of retirees demands during 10th BPS period.

5. The General Secretary of AIBEA betrayed all the Bank pensioners/retirees as "SALYA" who is instrumental for the downfall of "KARNA" in Mahabharath battle.

6. Finally, IBA not invited the representatives of Bank retiree organisations during the BPS talks to represent the retirees and to appraise their genuine demands.   Further, the court case are long pending at various levels.   Even the judgements received in favour of retirees are also not honoured by the Banks and they are continuing their litigation for the sake of litigation.

These are some of my observations after associating myself with this blog[ http:://bankpensioner.blogspot.com]for the last five years.
