Happening at SC on 2nd December'15

Dear Shri Mazumdar,

There is no game show. When father of our Sr. Advocate was to be operated for heart surgery what to do, still he had come to the Court and made a mention to take up the case at number since most of the hearing had taken

place only on what the new Advocate of LIC has to say and he was ready to reply to the same otherwise the matter has been heard in full on the last hearing. Since his father is to be operated upon he is making this request to take up the matter at number, but as is the practice of the Court they do not take cognizance at a stage earlier to the number it is in the daily list. So the Court said we will take it up at its number and will adjourn to first hearing day in the month of January, 2016, even the Court dId not accept the request of it being listed in the next week because that is the last week of the year when only urgent matters of Misc. nature are taken up. 

But you immediately go and take care of your father We could not overrule this.  Your objections are like that of MSMurty, who is bent upon to somehow delay the decision of the case. Can you admit that if such a situation arises you would allow your son to be nor taking care of you, still our Sr. Advocate came to be court and tried that the case is finished before lunch since it has already long been delayed and more than thirty adjournments have taken place at the cost of the pensioners and they are unable to bear the cost and the delay. Though there was no request from our side even in this emergent situation but you can post it to my account. If you have any doubt about my sincerity, who has been fighting for the last 18 years in spite of my ill health and in spite of hurdles being placed by such persons as MSM and BRM, I can only request you to please come and take up the matter and pray to mother Goddess to bless you with success as early as possible.I will be happy to get relieved of this heavy burden and such sarcastic remarks from such persons who are sitting in their homes and doing nothing but making remarks and floating news as suits them.

As regards out of the court settlement, it appears that you are also guided by the rumours floated by such mischief mongers. Is there any suggestion from the side of the Court?
