Mediclaim policy 2015-16 Annexures.

Dear Sir,

I am regular visitor of your esteemed blog and found it updating us verious very useful information, in particular for, we LIC pensioners, and related other updates. Thank a lot for such strenuous as well as appreciable, creditworthy job you perform on hour to hour basis.

Now for point, I request you to help me in case of our Medical Policy 2015-16, which contains 29 ages, but THERE ARE NO ANNEXURES AVAILABLE IN THIS BLOG LINK. For One of our colleagues,  I need to refer them urgently for his wife's serious sickness, pl help me by adding in the blog or otherwise first send by E mail soon. Please reply or guide me in the matter,
