Permanent relief or interim relief.

Dear Sir,
Sh C H Mahadevan in his mail of date has, inter Alia, rightly summed  up Interim Relief   as under.....
" ......................................... interim relief is perhaps a paltry 2% and not 20% of the dues..................
Let us all hope that we successfully transit from the era of interim relief towards  that of permanent relief on 20/1/2016 or soon after, thanks to the judiciary."
Lets pray for good sense to prevail and the IR issue not pursued on 20th Jan, 2016, at this final stage when the Supreme Court Bench headed by Hon'ble Justice Deepak Misra has expressed their intentions to finally take up only the issues raised in Jaipur judgement.  We are sanguine our Sr.Advocate/s will come out  with 100% success on both the issues of Up gradation/Revision of Pension and removal of DA/DR anomaly  on 20.1.2016 or soon after.
