Re: Condolence Message for sad demise of 8th Petitioner at chandigarh high court

With a heavy heart  I have to inform our LIC Pensioners Community that  Sh

J.C Bajaj  being one of  31 Petitioners at chandigarh high court expired yesterday evening.
Sh. Bajaj  having retired in SDM cadre wad residing in sector 43 chandigarh. Mrs J C  Bajaj  had also died a few months before.
Sh. Bajaj is 8th  Petitioner at chandigarh high court to leave all of us without getting any justice in his life time despite a favorable Verdict of chandigarh high court.
Others seven petitioners being no more with us are  S/ Sh. M.L.Gandhi, Harkirat Singh,  A.S.Majha , D. C . Bhardwaj,  P. C  Chopra,  R. K. Singla and S.K. Jatana.
We pray to Almighty to grant eternal peace to  Late Sh.J.C. Bajaj and courage to bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
   Let us hope that  our case managers will bring departure of so many petitioners without having received any justice   to the notice of  supreme court bench hearing our case on 20thJanuary 2016.
