I have calculated the loss from 01.11.1993 to 31.01.2016 on account of DR only due to 50% neutralisation in respect of all classes of employees at the maximum of pay who had retired on and before 31.10.1993 under Group I CPI 600 and Group II CPI 1148 as per CHART attachedR K SAHNI
