I have read an appeal from our learned friend Sh. H.K.Aggarwal
on your blog today which seems to be quite reasonable and logical. He
is of a clear view that nothing should be done at this stage which can
cause further delay in hearing of our main case.
Sh. H.K. Aggarwal already knows it that an application for
impleadment by AIRIEF has already been filed at Supreme Court on 11th
January ,2016 through their advocate Sh. R.K.Singh. Now let Sh.
H.K.Aggarwal tell us very clearly whether he approves this specific
action of AIRIEF or not.
Looking forward to know a straight reply to a straight question addressed to Sh. H.K.Aggarwal.
