Thanks Sir, 

for the latest updates on your website. Does it mean that, all the pending cases put together will now be tagged and heard in SC on 10/03/2016, including the earlier Pension-updation part-heard cases, which could not be discussed on dt.20.1.2016 because Judges remained pre-occupied in Constitutional bench, in court no.3 of S.C.? This apprehension is because, the intention of all the applicants/ Interventions is one and the same, i.e. 

Pension updation for all! In that case, the post dt.1.8.2012 Retirees (both Pensioners and non-Pension op-tees) now can expect their arrears payments only after Supreme court hearing of the Pending pensioner's case on 10/3/2016, isn't it! Thanks and regards
