Dear All LIC Pensioners,Mr SN has indeed done a commendable job by giving a clear narration of the background in which the anomalous method followed by LIC comes in full glare especially in the context of the Single Judge Bench order dt 12/1/2010 at Jaipur which gives a clear direction for removal of the DR anomaly.
As suggested by Mr SN,I am attaching two illustrations ,one relating to a retired ADM of pre-August 1992 retiree category and another relating to a retired ADM of the post-August 1992-pre Aug1997 retiree.category.
