Our Advocate Shri R K Singh has filed an application of Impleadment of AIRIEF in CA No. 8959-62 of 2013 in Supreme Court today.
Most
important will be the sacred & intensive revision &
preparations with additional points, inputs, develeopments last few
months to be added to multiply added significance & thrust to our
legitimate demands,as all classes are being benefited but NOT PENSIONERS
let
us hope vigorous, sincere, serious plan & strategy is delineated in
clear & conspicuous terms without resting on our laurels & past
victories but Every issue or objection by LIC/UOI is emphatically
denied with force of persuasive arguments legal, ethical, moral, social
equality & equity,concerns of Sr Citizens & Elders, Pension as a
Property Right, Pension from Human Rights angle, grosss discrimination
perpetrated & being accentuated by wider margins of difference,
colossal & grotesque, but outright anamolies galore at all levels of
hierarchy,as 7/8 cadres lower get more pension than their seniors et
