The interlocutory application for directions no. 3
filed by counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 in the
appeal above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble
Court on 04.04.2014 with office report dated 01.04.2014,
when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
"Heard.
Counsel opposite may file their
objections to this application
(I.A.No.3) within four weeks.
Post the application along with all
the appeals in the 2nd week of August,
2014."
It is submitted that in view of the Courts order
quoted above counsel for respondent No. 4 has on
02.06.2014 filed counter affidavit in reply of I.A. No. 3
and other counsels for the parties have not filed any
objections so far. Copy of the same has been placed with
I.A. No. 3 Paper Books.
It is further submitted that Mr. Sajith P., Advocate
has on 26.3.2014 filed an application for intervention on
behalf of All India Retired LIC Class 1 Officers
(registered as I.A. No. 4). Mr. Jay Savla, Advocate has
on 08.08.2014 filed an application for intervention
alonghwith Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of retired
LIC class -I officers Association, Hyderabad (registered
as I.A. No. 5). Copis of the same have been placed with
appeal Paper Books for kind perusal of the Court.
It is also submitted that there are 4 respondents in
this appeal. Service of notice of lodgment of petition of
appeal is complete on all the respondents. Respondent
Nos. 1 to 3 are represented by Mr. T. L. Garg, Advocate.
Respondent No. 4 is represented by Ms. Sushma Suri,
Advocate and intervenor are represented by M/s. Sajith P.
and Jay Savla, Advocates.
It is lastly submitted that Original Record has
been received from the High Court and statement of case
also not filed.
The civil appeal alongwith applications above
mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this
office report.
