OUR CASE IN SC ,COURT 4
1) This is the position as of now.Further, U would have seen from AIRIEFWEBSITE

yesterday night that Court No 3 in SC is dealing as Constitution Bench
of 5 judges ,Hon Dipak Mista & Hon NVRamana,who substitutes Hon
Prafulla Pant in Court 4 are in the same Court 3 Bench
So,our case will not come up today for hearing
Our
Top Team of AIRIEF is camping at Delhi & are trying their best, in
all means, to make Mention as was accepted then by Hon SC Bench, to see
our Case,which gets postponed,in spite of best efforts, is atleast heard
tomorrow 21 January, 2016
2)Let us all pray for the
best.How judicial processes play hide & seek marvels us ,also
baffles us,as we are the victims of delay & delay
