Today our case was listed in SC at no.55. It came for the hearing at about 12.10pm. Sh Murty did not argue his IA or his impleadment application.
LIC Advocate suggested that all applications should be heard along with other applications for disposal.
Justice Dipak Misra ordered 10th March 20 16 for Final Disposal of our case.
