In
my Post sent today, I reported that in addition to Mr Ranjith Kumar,
Solicitor General of India, appearing for LIC, Mr Sriram Panchu, Sr
Advocate was also present in the Court representing GNS Federation.
It
has since come to my notice that Mr Sriram Panchu was not present in
the Court, and I must have confused some one else for him.
I regret the error and I will be obliged if you could upload this correction on your Blog ASAP.
