Dear Friends,
The judges to hear our
case on 20th were included in the panel of judges in the Constitution Bench.
They were there from the morning of 14th Jan and the matter could not be
completed. Even on 20th and 21st Jan 2016 the Constitution bench
heard the case. HENCE OUR CASE LISTED FOR 20TH JAN COULD NOT BE TAKEN UP.
Today also the Judges were on the Constitution
Bench from 2.00 PM onwards.
Only the first half of today session was at their disposal to take up MISCELLANEOUS
and Jan 25th is a local
holiday at Delhi .
This gives us a feeling
that the earliest date may be during the first week of FEBRUARY 2016 !!!
