Yes, in view of the 9 misc. cases and (may be some partly heard case of 29.3.16), and the fact that the Bench sits up to 1 PM only,the chances of our case being taken upon on 30.3.2016 appears to be dim.
However, Lets keep our fingers crossed, as on a number of times
the misc. cases do not take much time.Our case being at Sr. No.101,will be taken up,may not be on 30.3.2016, but hopefully on 31.3.2016. Once proceedings start, the appeals will be finally disposed off(may with one or two dates).
Hon'ble Bench is aware that the case is of enhancement of pension (see orders dated 7.5.2015), and relates to seniors. We have to bear, wait and watch -
