Dear Sh Asthanaji,
We can only pray for good sense to prevail upon others with their own ego and limited understanding.
Lets not get disturbed by their negative or mischievous moves- moves to derail the course of legal fight which so far has been going in the right direction but for the unnecessary intervention in the garb of IR of 20%,(at this point of time when Hon'ble Bench of SC is ready for final hearing),the case is being dragged & delayed with adjournments upsetting all pensioners who are for seeking 100% relief on account  of PENSION REVISION/UP GRADATION as sought for in your WP 654/2007 and  allowed by Justice Bhandari of  Rajasthan HC Jaipur in his historic Judgement dated 12.1.2010.
Though too late, but we are sure that  your devotion, determination and sacrifices for the common cause of all LIC employees at the cost of your own health, and solid support of AIRIEF & all pensioners, even the in service employees, besides able & apt pleadings by our Sr.Advocates will definitely bear desired fruits now, intricacies of the legal system apart.
