2)Superb compilation.
Thanks sir. We wish you and your LIC colleagues all success in the crucial hearing of your case on 10th March. With your exhaustive brief, your cousel should be able to argue your case well and rebut the arguments of the LIC/GOI.
While GOI is examining the recommendations of the 7th CPC which includes the third revision of pensions and family pensions of all those who retired prior to 1-1-2016 including the recommendation of complete parity among past and present pensioners ( which when accepted will eliminate the disparity in pensions and family pensions among the pensioners) and continuance of addtional pensions/ family pensions for those above the age of 80 years , we the unfortunate pensioners of financial institutions continue to suffer due to non- revision of pensions. and with each pay revision for the serving staff the disparity is widening . Ultimately it is a simple decision to allow these institutions to revise the pensions on the same GOI principles and despite the fact that LIC,RBI and NABARD can foot the bill of revision from their own resources and established the fact through actuarial estimates, GOI is sitting tight while it is extavagant with tax payers' money when it comes to raising the pensions of MPs and GOi pensioners.

Though LIC ,RBI, NABARD are as fully owned by GOI as Railways and the fact that the CCS ( pension ) rules are not applicable to  Railways  and they have similar pension rules like ours, the pensions and family pensions of all the Railway pensioners are updated simultaneously with that of GOI pensioners without any hitch and even without amending their pension rules . In contrast we are on a herculean struggle to get justice on this issue. in the meantime several of our dear colleagues had died waiting in vain for revised pensions.
With regards---------------------------------- Kasiviswanathan,   NABARD
