Today's happenings at SC

Dear ALL,
I reproduce  the message conveyed in the LIC Pensioners' Chronicle below:
"What on next Thursday, GOK !
Dear Editor,
As conveyed over phone, when our cases at No 104 are called, Mr Ranjith Kumar Solicitor General, stood up and said something to the effect, it is too late in the day and was looking for a short adjournment. He added he is not free on 16th.

Even before reacting to the submission of SGI, Justice Misra asked , have you paid them the interim relief? SGI's reply was 'yes, my lord, we have deposited'. Judge asked have they withdrawn? He half said, yes and looked to the Associate counsel. By that time all Counsel of the Petitioners, told the Bench in chorus, 'No my lord, they have not paid to all, they have not paid correctly to the few, and never gave any calculations of for any thing paid'. Who said what cannot be recalled but Justice realized the mess of contradictions and said to all, we should decide this soon and looked to SGI.
SGI grabbed the diversion and an early date viz., 17 March was agreed.
What happens if any, on that day GOK.
God bless all of us
M Sreenivasa Murty "
Greetings.
