Since 2 days I had been studying the implications of the said order and arrived at the conclusion as to the correct interpretation, keeping in view the true intent of the judge delivering the order, NOIP has written to the Chairman today as per the attachment.I request your favour to upload the same in your esteemed blog. While you uploaded your chat with Shri Mahadevanji, I was already drafting the letter to the Chairman. I fully endorse the views expressed by you and by Shri.Mahadevanji.
