 LIC - SC order released to-day & New Year Wish

         We have attached SC order in the matter of LIC pensioners issues for your reading. It is coming from Shri Kishore, i.e. horses mouth. Shri Kishore has given his analysis in objective manner. It has also undertone of sadness as the full justice has not come from SC at this stage , although three HCs have given favourable judgments. He has given in cogent manner the rationale in their case. For that matter in the case of updation of pension  for any retired employee of PSUs has very rationale and logic based on the Constitutional provisions and umpteen of SC judgments.

         In the instant case, we have to wait further for a couple of months to conclude the matter. We know that this waiting period is extremely hard for all LIC pensioners. Even though we convey to all LIC pensioners to withstand this period and have courage and confidence at this crucial hour. LIC pensioners are, in true sense, in the field of Kurukshetra. They have to remain united through out and go by what Lord Krishna had advised  to Arjuna. "Tasmat Uttistha Kaunteya Yudhaya Krutanischaya". We send our sincere and best wishes to LIC brethren at this juncture and assure them we are there with them when ultimate fight is to be given with the established rulers. We all have to come together to fight for justice. These rulers have eyes on hard earned pension funds of all of us.
 
         We all have to note that the rulers are ruthless and they are of the same feathers. More dangerous are those who talk sweet for public consumption  and from hind side do all things detrimental to working class.
Please note that it is not the hand of god but of demon which is responsible for our all set backs. We have to show our more determination to fight this demon.
