Dear Sir,  

It was indeed an happy augury that finally Supreme Court heard our case  yesterday the 31^st,March,2016.  Since  then waves of anxiety, concern, apprehensions, uneasiness, pleasure also have been moving from 0 to 100 degrees amongst all the pensioners as lots of Breaking News, Flashes, and opinions / views, other information regarding proceedings in SC , dictation of orders by the Hon’ble Bench hearing our case etc; etc , from different quarters / persons with varied versions have been circulating and spreading at a volatile speed throughout the country.

 It is indeed a good sign of peoples involvement, attachment and expectations from the long drawn legal battle and also the freedom of expression. We all without any doubt, wish and desire unambiguous  orders of the Hon SC on the twin issues of DR anomaly and Revision of Pension. However,  sometimes in the interest of Justice, the legal system delays the actual delivery of Justice and the litigants have no alternate than to bear and wait for the final out come.

In this context I am of the opinion that we all must wait for the actual orders/judgment of the Hon. Supreme Court, as  it will exhibit what worthy Court has considered, deliberated and decided.

Till then enjoy life as it is.
