    We forward herewith a very recent judgment announced by our Gujarat High Court in response to a LPA filed by a resigned employee of Bank of India directing the Bank to grant him pension option. The judgment by the Supreme Court in favor of a resigned employee of LIC of India, submitted to you earlier, is also cited by Gujarat High Court in this judgment.

    The matter is pending at your end to amend our petition, which is filed for 9 resigned employees of Union Bank of India. Kindly expedite it.
