Dear Sri LSR Krishna Rao,

1)Earlier, I was talking to Chief Per on pending matters of pensioners, including this issue of Pension Credit 

2)The moment I saw ur email, I was eager to solve this problem

As it was beyond Office hours,I directly wanted to talk to SDM Thanjavur ,Mrs Satyavathi

Her PA HGA Mrs Rajalaxmi took the phone

Just I mentioned ,EVEN TODAY 4TH APRIL PENSION IS NOT CREDITED, Sri APMohideen has informed u,

She immly expressed regret & sorry,

There was Server problem, they have solved, they are talking to pensioners, TODAY EVENING ITSELF STEADILY CREDIT TO PENSIONERS SB AC WILL TAKE PLACE, SHE ASSURED

3)Let us accept this & hopefully all will be ok

4)I also told her to tell Mgr/AO OS tomorrow,about this grievance

I requested her to alert Mgr/AOOS to see that Consent/Authority Letters recd for consent exercising option for HIGHER SA & Rs25lacs, Rs30 lacs be taken care of 

 & FURTHER, after CO Circular is recd re NEW PREMIUM for 2016-17 be acted upon

I said OS will know that CO Circular gives the freedom, for pensioners ,if they find Premium for Rs25,30 lacs exhorbitant,within 15 days of receipt of circular,that shd be agreed.

She was very cooperative

5)Sri Mohideen is not picking up his Mobile
