Re:Petitions before Delhi HC We have just been informed that our counsel was served with a notice this AN in respect of an application for impleadment in our pending WP no 184/2007 by the All India Insce Pensioners' Assn (AIIPA). As already informed our writ stands remanded to the Delhi HC by the Supreme court. Meantime in another development the Writ petition (4894/2015) filed by the breakaway group of Hyderabad reportedly came up today before another bench which ordered the same to be listed before the bench which is seized of the writs remanded to the HC under the order dt 31/3/2016. It is claimed by the petitioners in this matter that their case will come up on 30/5. We expect that only notice may be ordered in this case whenever it comes up. We caution our members to realise that these interventions can disturb the time schedule fixed by the Supreme court for disposal of the matter by Delhi HC. In particular the Hyd.action has the potential of landing the pensioners in another phase of ligation perhaps by quite a few years. We are keeping a close track of the matter .
