AN APPEAL TO ALL CASE MANAGERS

Dear Friends, After I have gone through various versions I have come to the conclusion that Hon DELHI HC is determined to adhere to the time schedule set by Hon.SC to decide on the issues referred in existing cases only, by 31.8.16. Such a situation should be an eye opener for all those who have filled fresh WP, as fresh WP takes it's own course of time. Now time is ripe for all to come together as suggested by Shri M S Sachdeva on this blog and save unnecessary additional costs, time and energy. With best wishes and regards, HK Aggarwal
