Sh Sreenivasa Murty called me on phone just now from Delhi High Court reporting as below.
It was a wonderful day before Justice Sanjiv Khanna bench at Delhi High Court today .Hyderabad Association was able to play a pivotal role and secure total support from honorable bench on several issues with utmost significant being that Bench is committed to dispose off our cases as directed by Supreme court before 31st August.
All defaulting parties who came Delhi High Court just today have been pulled up .
LIC has been reprimanded for the flippant affidavit on 40 % IR payment.
Categorical Instructions were issued to LIC on a plea of Hyderabad Association to file a fresh affidavit explaining how 40 % IR payment is made
This order is on a prayer made by only Hyderabad Association.
As regards adjournment LIC had no problems because no other party objected except Hyderabad.
Detailed order passed under each case.
And all cases today stand posted to 04.08.2016 with strict instructions that arguments should commence on this day.
