Dear Mr Mahadevan,
"We are very well prepared to confront LIC when they file the fresh affidavit as directed by the High Court." It gladdens one's heart to note that adroit and insightful stalwarts like you at the helm are ever vigilant to safeguard the interests of pensioners ----- pre- or post-01/08/1997.
I learn that judges mostly go by the arguments of lawyers, fighting shy of bringing their own take to the scenario and that's why I shared my concern on whether (y)our lawyers have been instructed properly and EFFECTIVELY on the correct method of calculating " the 40% " as Mr R.K.Sahni and you yourself have done.
Exposing LIC on this front will, I feel, go a long way in convincing a judge like Mr Justice
Sanjiv
Khanna of its nefarious intentions in denying the poor pensioners what
is legally, morally, rightfully and ethically their due.
All the best!
P. Ramanathan.

Dear Mr Ramanathan,
Because our counsel had been adequately briefed about the LIC's mischief on 40% IR payment,it was raised by our counsel on 12/7/2016 and Justice Khanna went into the affidavit submitted by LIC very deeply and came to the conclusion that it was not satisfactory. We are very well prepared to confront LIC when they file the fresh affidavit as directed by the High Court.

You richly deserve the appreciation and gratitude of all of us pensioners for being so diligent and sagacious in safeguarding our interests, keeping one step ahead of LIC.
More power to your elbow.
God bless!
Warm regards.
P. Ramanathan.

I had already raised objection to calculation of 40% on 4/6/2016.now I am waiting for the reply to be filed by LIC in compliance of the order dated 12/7/2014 which is already late. AIRIEF is ahead of all boasters in this line.

Dear Mr Asthana,
I know that
astute as you are, you would have foreseen what LIC might be up to and
taken appropriate action to forestall and scotch in the bud itself any
demonic intention the Corpn. might be having. You richly deserve the appreciation and gratitude of all of us pensioners for being so diligent and sagacious in safeguarding our interests, keeping one step ahead of LIC.
