I will be at Delhi tomorrow where i will be joined by other members of our legal committee viz M/s VK Jain, R Rajagopalan, Basudeb Das & M Arunachalam, on the eve of the hearing of our case in the Delhi HC on 12/7. According to the advance list the cases remanded by the Supreme Court including ours is listed as item 9 before the bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna & Justice Ms. Sunita Gupta. The new WP filed by others is separately listed under fresh matters. We shall be sending prompt information on what happens on 12th inst. and we appeal to all members not to get unduly excited.
