Our Cases before Delhi HC - What is in store for tomorrow?

M Sreenivasa Murty
Dear Mr Sahni,
The numbers in the cause list published by you in bold print, no doubt pertain to the transferred cases. They were there with the Registry and on the Bench on 6th May also. Please read the Order of Delhi HC dated 6th.
These referred Petitioners sought time to file amended applications and were told 'the applications will be considered as and when filed'. Then some of them claimed their Applications were filed - (GNS on 3rd June.)
What is HC supposed to take up tomorrow? Not merely the dusty Old bundles transferred by the other High Courts. The old cases set aside by SC, will now be considered on the basis of the amended applications with whatever new grounds or pleadings they made. And then LIC would ask for time to file reply, (permitted by SC itself). If GNS feigns surprise about LIC pressing for adjournment, he cannot fool anybody. You may ask him what was he expecting tomorrow to happen?
My reference to the supplementary cause list to be uploaded tonight, I expect the amended applications of GNS & P&H HC to be listed and placed before the Bench along with the Old Bundles. God knows about AIRIEF and Jaipur Petitioner's plans. Then there was the talk about AIIPA filing a fresh WP. There will be some clarity to the whole thing after the supplementary list is uploaded.

Sahni Saab, I know your soft corner for some and your discomfort with me and Hyderabad Association. I have learnt to live with it. My Mission wouldn't suffer from any of these small irritants. But I often feel, if only a Blog of your standard and high value content, runs without taking sides other than on merits, it will reach unbeatable heights.
I leave it there. It is your Blog and you are the boss.

Dear Shri Murty,
The transferred cases are also listed for tomorrow at Serial No. 9, 10 & 10.
What do you mean that the ammended applications of the SC-referred  Petitioners, are likely to be listed tomorrow through supplementary cause-list?

with regards,
